When Anna Freud declared that she was always looking on the outside for confidence it must not have come as too big of a surprise when she discovered that it comes from within.

Our Mission

It is our mission to address confidence, how it is formed and how it in can be understood on an individual level. Not only this, we seek to understand its relation to anxiety, depression and how it may feed into certain aspects of a persons life, strained relationships, social anxiety and the pressure of the current work environment
