James Clarke – Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist (M.Ps.S.I)
M.A., B.A. P.S.I
Experience & Training
I completed my undergraduate degree in psychology before going on to obtain a MA in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. During this time I worked in various community support settings working with people suffering from a diverse range of both social economic and mental health concerns. Previously I have worked as a student councillor, and I am member of the Psychology Society of Ireland division of psychotherapy. I have built a successful private practice in Dublin, West Wiclow and Kildare.
My particular interest in confidence comes from both my training in psychology and psychotherapy. This means I have strong grounding in both fields of study and this is demonstrated in how I practice. I am informed by the work of Sigmund Freud and his contemporise while also furthering my knowledge in a scientific understanding of the modern clinic.
Memberships
I hold an honors degree in psychology and MA in psychoanalytic psychotherapy and is both a graduate member of the PSI and a member of their division of psychotherapy.
