Confidence

Starts With You

We aim to understand the role that confidence plays in a persons life

Confidence is often considered a predictor of success, but what exactly is confidence. Over the years working as a psychotherapist I have noticed that many people report having a lack of confidence. This lack was often associated with many things, such as career and social life. This is one of the key reasons why we have taken as are aim a serious attempt to understand how people relate to confidence and indeed what it means to them and how it can grow.

How we do it

Starting psychotherapy can be a daunting task.

While people often have things they want to discuss the work can sometimes seem directionless. That is one of the reasons why being able to ground your sessions in a question can be helpful.

In my experience as a clinical professional, people who set themselves goals and define what they want from therapy are often the people who take the most from their work.

Confidence in Psychotherapy offers a service that at its core allows for person to discuss a wide range of issues in a comfortable and non judgmental environment.

I was always looking outside myself for strength and confidence but it comes from within. It is there all the time.
